Aged and slightly picante with subtle notes of roquefort and white wine, delivering a creaminess and strength reminiscent of Gorgonzola.
Palace Culture handcraft their vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. Their artisanal cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.
