This flavour was inspired by one of our founder’s childhood memories of growing up in China. Her grandmother used to use secret sauce (five spices) to give dishes a distinct warm and umami flavour.
These mini-fillets have a juicy texture, contain 22g of protein, and are made with just 6 natural ingredients.
Ready-to-eat. Eat hot or cold.
Ingredients
Ingredients : Soy protein* , Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil, Tamari(gluten-free), Date Nectar, Spices ** & Vinegar.
*Non-GMO & Sustainably Sourced from European Farmers.
**Free-from onions & garlic.
Allergens in bold. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, nuts, mustard and sesame.
Storage
Storage: Keep refrigerated between 3-5 °C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing up to 2 months

Recipe recommendation: They are ready-to-eat. Eat hot or cold.
It is suitable for pan-fry, stir-fry, salads, wraps and noodles. Use them in a simple fried-rice with sweet corn.
