A truffly, soft cheese with an authentic white rind. Perfect for roasting with a sprig of Rosemary.

Infused with truffle oil to create rich, earth tones, this is great spread on a cracker or baked - ideally with a loaf of crusty bread nearby for dunking.

Ingredients

Water, Shea butter, Rice bran oil, Starch (Tapioca, Potato), Modified potato starch, Miso (SOY), Vegetable protein (faba bean, pea, potato), Nutrional Yeast, Salt, Carrageenan, Natural Flavourings, Lactic Acid, Cultures.

Not suitable for someone with a Nut, Mustard or Soy allergy. Produced in a facility that handles these allergens.

Storage

Keep cheese refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Use by date will be minimum 8 days from delivery, check label for exact date. Shamembert can be frozen for up to 3 months and then baked from frozen for best results.
