Shelf Life
All our plant-based cheeses in the Festive Bundles will have a shelf life of the 26th of December at a minimum. Many of our nut-based cheeses being freezable for up to 2 months.
Delivery Schedule
All our Festive Bundles can be preordered for delivery between the 12-13th and 16th-19th of December.
We are currently only able to deliver to customers in the UK Mainland, where Next Day Delivery is available.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email and can track your parcel via a tracking link.
Order Deadlines
We are currently only offering preorder deliveries. But we will go back to our usual 7 day offering system in the New year.

*If you need your parcel by a certain day or special occasion, please do let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to prioritise your order!
Orders to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some any areas of the UK where DPD cannot offer Next Day Delivery. This means we cannot ship orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, some some areas of Northern Scotland and Scottish Isles.

Orders to Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, due to new Brexit restrictions, we are currently unable to ship parcels to Northern Ireland.
Shipping Rates & Times
We have a flat shipping rate of £6.95 for every order. You will receive notifications and updates regarding the status of your order.
Our delivery packaging guarantees items will remain at below 5°C for 24 hours (our shipment window), and below 8°C for 48 hours (extended shipment window). Customers are advised to remove the products from their insulated delivery box and liners, and to refrigerate products ASAP after receipt of delivery. Once opened, we would also recommend unwrapping cheeses and placing in a sealed container to maintain freshness.
Disposing of packaging
Since our ice packs are only guaranteed to stay cold for up to 48 hours we recommend discarding these after delivery (empty contents into sink/bin and recycle the plastic using), or refreezing and reusing them for your own personal needs. The outer bag of the ice pack is made of LDPE and is fully recyclable with other plastic films and bags at all big supermarkets. The recyclenow website gives information on the nearest recycling point to an address for each material. By 2027, it will be fully kerbside recyclable.
Our boxes are doorstep recyclable and reusable, however foil-based liners may be used which cannot be recycled. You are more than welcome to return these to our shop if you are able to, however, we are unable to arrange a packaging return process with our courier at present.
Changing your delivery date
If you need to change your delivery date, please do contact us the day before your parcel is due to be shipped (this will be two days before your original delivery date). This will help us pick up on any change requests before your parcel is packed and shipped, which is done the day before your chosen delivery date.
Shipping Information
All deliveries will be issued an estimated delivery date, on which acceptance of the package must be made. Specific delivery time slots may be offered by the courier, but this is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes continue into the evening or delivered the next day. Customers are strongly advised to be present for deliveries as a signature may be required upon acceptance of the package. We cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries, an error in the customer's shipping address, or deliveries rescheduled to outside of the 24-hour shipment window. This also includes missed deliveries for customers who have ordered delivery to their place of work but have not stayed long enough to accept the deliveries that have been attempted in the evenings.
Delivery Issues
We are unable to accept responsibility for missed deliveries or any issues caused by the customer not being present to accept their parcel. We also do not accept responsibility for any issues caused by errors in a customer's address.
The shipping company is a separate entity from us so please contact the carrier for any problems related to shipping and missed deliveries.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of their parcel and contact either us or the courier regarding any delivery issues. Should no efforts to contact the courier or La Fauxmagerie be made within 24 hours of items being due for delivery, we cannot be held liable for any spoiled goods as it will then be too late for us to intervene, and your goods could already be spoiled.
