A creamy, tangy cashew and coconut based aged cheese, with deep umami flavours of slow roasted tomatoes and sweet organic sundried tomatoes, dusted with an intense dehydrated tomato powder. This unique cheese adds character to a cheese board, and it can be eaten sliced straight onto crusty bread or used in a range of dishes from pasta to salads.
Cashew nuts, coconut milk, organic coconut oil, shiro miso (soya), onion powder, mustard, salt, black pepper, roast tomatoes, dehydrated tomato powder, sun-dried tomatoes, vegan cultures.

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 1 week of delivery. Wrap well or put in container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
