A creamy, tangy blue. An absolute crowd pleaser!
Mild and tangy with blue veins of superfood spirulina, this is a blue cheese for people who aren’t sure if they like blue cheese. Much more easy going than a traditional Blue, but still very pleasing on the taste buds and as a bonus looks great on a cheeseboard. Also delicious in a pear and walnut salad!
Cashews, coconut oil, natural cultures, miso (soy beans, brown rice, salt, water), spirulina, salt, citric acid (120g)

Store at 3-5C and consume within 3 days following the 'best before' date, can be frozen!
