This almond-based blue cheese is aged with Penicillium Roqueforti mould to recreate the characteristic blue cheese hit that many of us miss! This is a cheese for fans of more acrid blue cheeses with rich texture.
Coconut oil, almonds, nutritional yeast, tapioca flour, carrageenan, vegan mould and bacterial cultures (gluten), salt.

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and follow the best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
