BlueRisella is an is a plant-based alternative to spreadable cheese, with a unique blue "tang". We suggest spreading generously onto your favourite bread or crackers.
Fresh, pasteurised and without preservatives or colorants.The core ingredient is Germinated Whole Rice, certified by EU of Biologic Agriculture origin. The rest of the ingredients are all natural and chosen for being top quality natural origin only.
Just like all of other MozzaRisella's products, this plant-based cheese is suitable for everybody, especially those with milk, lactose, gluten or soy intolerances. It is a tasty and genuine food, ideal for smart appetizer or to blend into pasta or rice dishes.
