This cashew-based, slow aged 2 month style cheese made with Penicillium roqueforti mould cultures is perfect for the 'True Blue' lovers out there. 


Cashews, coconut oil, Penicillin Roqueforti, Salt, Mesophyllic cultures.

Weight ~ 100g

Allergens in bold. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.


Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 2 weeks of delivery. Wrap well or put in container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
